TBPA is short for Transatlantic Brides and Parents Association

We are a diverse organization (both male and female – no age limitations) of British birth AND heritage. Go to our “History” page to read how the organization began. Some of our members are original war brides, their spouses; some of us are their children & grandchildren. But we are also made up of Brits who have moved to the USA for work – either permanently or just here temporarily. And some are just of British “heritage” and want to celebrate those British roots.

TBPA memberships are available in two forms: General and Postal. Being a member entitles you to attend any and all TBPA functions including our Biennial National Convention. These conventions give members and their guests an opportunity to get reacquainted, make new friends and just have fun. And trust me, we do have fun!!!!

Members also receive an association magazine, “TOGETHER AGAIN,” published 6 times a year containing articles pertaining to British news, history, places of interest, recommendations for B & B’s in the UK, recipes of our favorite sweets & savories, plus a variety of other subjects; and it also keeps members informed with what’s happening in the association at national, area and branch levels.
